Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

This morning one of our users had the unable to load user interface back after working for more than 6 weeks without the error message.
The strange thing is that nothing has been changed on his computer, after rebooting 3 times it was fine again.

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

I've been having the same issue. I don't run any Symantec software. I do run AVG but I have an exception created for 3dxsrv.exe. This is an extremely frustrating problem as it will work for a few days then stop all of a sudden. Has anyone else found a real solution to this? I'm running a Dell M6600...

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

I believe it is not feasible for 3Dconnexion to add AV exceptions at installation. If it were, the security value of the AV software would be diminished (as a malicious piece of code could use the same mechanism). That's not working either. In the best case it works for 2 days and I get the message...

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

Have you tried making an exception for 3DxSrv.exe in the AV software. Maybe everything in the 3Dconnexion directory. Yes I tried that as well, I get a bit tired of this all, it cost so much time, and the problems comes allways back. The people that use the space explorers are getting more and more ...

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

unfortunately the solution didn't work for long. The can't load user interface is back again, after repairing the 3dconnexion software and rebooting the system 3 times the space explorer is working again. I can't understand why this piece of hardware is so difficult to work on our computers, every c...

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

This message is shown if the driver is launched twice. For example, after the system boots, the driver will auto-start but it may take awhile before Windows display the system tray. If the end-user then double-clicks on the "start driver" shortcut, then the message will be shown. Can you ...

Re: Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

hmm oke, I will try that, although I think its stange that only 5 users have this problem, they have the same AV, and are all in the same riskgroup.

I will let you know.

Message "Unable to load user interface" is back

Goodmorning, We have an old error back by some users. This message has been gone for a while. The crazy thing is, we have about 25 3d drawers who use the space explorer, they all have the same computer, same hardware, same installation of windows 7, the same programs, and the same rights on the comp...

Re: SpaceExplorer works until a reboot.

Ok here it comes. The user has rebooted his workstation 2 times, and all the problems seems to be gone for now.

I have shutdown the workstation after his 2 times reboot, and it still works. No error messages etc.

So it looks like it is working again.

Re: SpaceExplorer works until a reboot.

I was very hopefully with the solution you bring up, but unfortunately after rebooting the system the only thing that works is the blue light :(

The error message that I now get is: "Unable to load a User Interface"

SpaceExplorer works until a reboot.

Hello, I have a problem with a SpaceExplorer under Windows 7 x64. The problem is I can install the driver, after that I will be able to use it, but if I reboot or shutdown the workstation and put it on again, the Space Explorer doen't work any more. We use Inventor 2012 to make 3D models of our revo...
