3Dx keeps opening new Chrome tabs when loading Onshape
Pretty much what the title says. With the 3Dx driver loaded, whenever I try to open an Onshape document I get one or more new tabs popping open. The site being opened varies and usually corresponds to a page I had recently visited. If I stop 3Dx I don't get this error, so I'm pretty sure it has some...

Re: Sensors Busted on SpaceMouse Pro?
Oh, nice, you've got your SMP back to life. The bad thing is that it just shows this device uses low lifespan membrane keyboard, not high lifespan mechanical keyboard with durable key switches. So this product is designed and purpose built with short lifespan in mind. I noticed that, too. But in th...

Re: Sensors Busted on SpaceMouse Pro?
Update: SpaceMouse is all fixed up. The suggestion to clean without disassembly was misguided. This was definitely an issue with dirty optical sensors, and you can't clean the sensors without disassembling. In hindsight I probably could have gotten away with just removing the puck and leaving the re...

Sensors Busted on SpaceMouse Pro?
It seems like the sensors on my SpaceMouse are all hosed. I tried calibrating, restarting windows, reinstalling the driver, but nothing works. Below are the results of sensor feedback I get in the Trainer. Sorry about the low resolution, but the forum limits file size and the number of files. FYI I'...

Re: 3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception
FYI IT checked my AV logs. There is no mention of Trend Micro blocking any 3Dx executables. I'm going to try using an older version of the 3Dx driver. I don't believe this was an issue until after my latest update.

Re: 3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception
The diagnostic tool doesn't seem to be reporting anything. I can't enable logging either. It just disables again.

Re: 3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception
Unfortunately, this is a work computer with the AV on lockdown by IT, so I have zero access to Trend Micro settings and the logs seem to be blank. I'll try to raise an issue with IT, but feel free to continue working the issue on your end.

3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception
Ever since updating to the latest driver, I get a "3DxVirtualLCD Unhandled Exception" error almost every time the driver starts. I've tried stopping the driver, deleting the 3DxVirtualLCD directory in "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\3Dconnexion", and restarting the driver. Sometim...

Re: Jerky graphics with Space pilot PRO on Solidworks
I just updated my driver to 10.5.14 and am experiencing the same issues with SolidWorks 2016. It doesn't matter whether I'm using my mouse at the same time or not. The previous version (10.5.13) worked fine.

Re: SpaceMouse Pro and Long Press
That's a pretty misleading way for PR to count views. A front view that's been rotated is still a front view. So if the 90deg button rotated 30deg, that would count as 36 views?
