Drivers have not been updated since 2006 - Shameful! 18 years. If you are going to support Linux, you should support Linux. OK,
I just tested the 'Turn off LED's solution." This also doesn't work!
Pleased I found out what is waking my computer. Miffed I have to pull the plug on my 3d mouse!

I also have this problem. This is clearly a software bug as the LED's shouldn't prevent the computer from sleeping. I've tried many different OS's and drivers. All have this effect. I'm now going to try sleep with the LED's off. I'll post back. Config iMac 2006 3.06Ghz, 6GB Ram. Mavericks. TurboCAD....
