Hi Barbara...still no luck. I think it's more related to NX than anything. I now get an error MSVCP80.dll is missing when I launch NX - does this have anything to do with the Spacemouse? As long as the pan/zoom/spin still works, I can get by with hotkeys. It's just strange that it happened suddenly....

Barbara, Thanks again for the reply. No, nothing is greyed out. And it all worked before, just all of a sudden stopped. I know our IS guys sometimes install the updated license files on the server, but they don't go to our machines, so environmental variables shouldn't have been affected. Question.....
