3Dconnexion Forum

I have a problem with my Space Explorer. It's basically stopped working and is no longer recognised when plugged in. I have read another Topic on here which basically says it's faulty. The problem I have however, is that I've heard nothing from support since submitting my problem almost 2 months ago...
