My 3d mouse will not recognize Inventor or AutoCAD. I have updated all software and updates. It worked for maybe a day, now nothing. Has anyone had this issue before and know of a fix.

When using my 3D mouse in Inventor 2015, it will sometimes not spin/rotate in some assemblies and parts. If I close the assembly or part it sometimes starts working again.
Can someone tell me why this is happening and what the fix is?
