I solved the issue by reinstalling the Windows OS and trying again. I dont know what could have caused the issue, but im glad it's fixed.

Problem Resolution:

Unusual 3DxWare64 install Problem
I am having an issue installing the 3DxWare 10.1.4 64 bit. When I run the downloaded executable, it automatically extracts the 3DxWare64.exe as it should, which then uses the install shield wizard to extract the setup.exe along with all the other necessary installation files for windows installer to...
