That's an unacceptable policy! You just asked this customer to throw away his (possibly) 3 years old device that would function perfectly well if you added a few lines of code in the latest drivers. It's not like you have 1000 different devices to test, 3Dconnexion has a portfolio of about 20 device...

So the only option is revert back to 3.17.6?

Is somebody saw a similar behaviour? Is a 3Dconnexion employee monitors the forum?

I installed 3DxWare 10.2.0 for use with my SpacePilot.
If I switch between open programs, when I return to Rhino (version 5 x64), it hangs for more than two seconds before I can interact.
