Thanks for the reply; yes the firmware is at version 3.2. I've called the helpdesk but they haven't sent me anything yet. Is there anywhere else I can obtain the firmware?

My spaceball seems to work fine most of the time, movement is smooth etc, though every 30 secs or so the screen will shift by a few degrees, almost as if you've knocked the unit accidentally or something. I've tried playing around with the sensitivity & updated to latest driver but nothing seems...
