New, Saving, & Loading Configs?
A couple of questions that should be simple but they don't work. Right now when I load the control panel all I get is the "Any Application" configuration . If I leave it open, after 10-30 min my saved configs show up (sometimes never). How do you start a New configuration for a software? T...

It sounds like your device needs to be rezeroed. Open the GUI and press the Calibrate button in the Device Configuration tab.
