We used your SDK back in 2015 to integrate the SpaceMouse into our application (USB 4D-Stage). Recently we had an issue raised by a customer after they upgraded to the latest SM driver. The SM can still control our device when our application has the focus, but when another application has the focus...

I registered for the SDK 2 days ago but have not received a response. After one day I submitted a tech support request asking for it to be approved, and I received a reply saying my request had been "escalated", but no other information. And the reply email was sent from a "do-not-reply" return addr...
