Having an issue updating my driver for Spacenavigator. Getting error message "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". Any clues.

Trying to update the driver for my SpaceNavagator, used windows to unistall previous version and now I am Getting the error "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Not sure where to go from here. Using Trend Micro antivirus
