Re: Remote Desktop use of local Space Navigator
This is a known problem with the RDP environment.
We are working with Microsoft to see if they have a solution.
In general macros won't work. But some SpaceMouse Enterprise KB modifier keys (Shift, Control, Alt, Tab, Space, Esc, Enter) can be made to work with some XML editing.

Re: Radial Menus not saving
It saves the radial menus in an application-specific file (in your %appdata%\3dconnexion\3dxware\cfg directory). If you create a radial menu in one app, it won't be available in a different app. ATM, the GUI can't make global Radial Menus. If you are creating it and trying to go back to it all in th...

Re: Spacemouse Enterprise - button 12 in Flight Simulator 2020
It's more than likely a misinterpretation of a button or axis on FS's part. It could indicate something inconsistent with one of our device descriptor. I'd be interested in finding out if that was the case. Possibly there is a configuration file for FS2020 that determines where they get their inputs...

Re: Zbrush NEEDS to use crt + shift + alt (disable popup settings window)
Hi vaell, Confirming your experience, any time you press the physical Esc + Enter + Tab keys, the Menu key will also be pressed. It doesn't matter what functionality is assigned to those keys. All serial numbers behave similarly. The same thing does not happen with the physical Shift + Ctrl + Alt ke...

Re: Dectecting SpaceMouse Wireless Receiver via PyUSB
I'd like to see that code too.
Then I wouldn't have to chase my remote control tank connected via the USB cable!
(The SpaceMouse makes a great tank controller - and if you connect the tank camera to the device LCD you can see where it is going...)

Re: Possibility to switch the LCD display of the Spacemouse Enterprise on and off via function key
Most everything that exists is in Base.xml. If they are in there, you can use them anywhere. Base.xml is the dictionary. You can use the "words" anywhere. There are some others that aren't exposed (for testing - e.g., Crash). There is a group of Bank editing ButtonActions that may not be listed anyw...

Re: Possibility to switch the LCD display of the Spacemouse Enterprise on and off via function key
That's a good idea. To make some LCD control buttons available in the GUI you have to do some XML editing. Add these Driver_LCD* lines toward the bottom or your <3DxWinCoreInstallDir>/Cfg/Explorer_Background.xml. There are two elements in there now. They will appear under the 3Dconnexion category. <...

Hi AntonyAlbertAnto, Your file looks fine. I assume it is getting selected when Prog_Reg_Test1.exe is in focus. I see you have a two button SpaceMouse Compact. Does your executable get started when you press the left button? You are starting another instance of the application from the application? ...

Re: button values from 3d space mouse
Run your program, then start our GUI. Change some button assignment on your 3D mouse.
This will generate an xml file in %appdata%\3dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg named for your program.
PM that file to me.

Re: Generic mouse simulation mode?
The 3D mouse cap does not make a great 2D cursor mover. But we have seen reasons to use it or at least try it. You have some options. 1) You can create a cfg file for the applications you want to try this out in (e.g. a game). 2) You can edit the Desktop.xml cfg to add 2D mouse events, then switch t...
