I am also having this problem; unfortunately I don't have the option to do a complete reinstall of Windows, as I'm using this for a professional work machine running Win7. As of 2018, my SpaceNavigator lights up, can be detected in multiple USB ports, I've reinstalled the drivers several times, but ...
