Having now used this keyboard for about 3 years now, I can say that these suggestions are still valid. I haven't encountered anything further I'd like to suggest.

I still think it's a great product.

I'm after this info too. My '3' key is sticking...probably because it's one of the most frequently-used keys. What is 3Dconnexion's recommendation for cleaning?

Thanks for the reply. In this case I managed to fix by uninstalling (via Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features, not by the 3D Connexion software, which is how I uninstalled the first attempt) and reinstalling. However, the solution presented seems like an easier fix - I'll try that next time.
