Re: macOS Big Sur - Beta Driver Available
For two years the driver could have been adapted to the new Mc OS. That's how long the new driver structure works in Mac OS. And now here we have this problem because nobody has taken care of it. Why?

Re: Current list of applications supported on Mac OS X
Then 3Dconnexion should clearly position itself. Mac users will know that they should buy other products rather than waiting here for support.

Re: macOS BigSur Public Beta - Legacy Extension
I think we don't get an update for the driver in the next time. Mac-Users are not welcome here.

Re: macOS BigSur Public Beta - Legacy Extension
I think 3Dconnexion is not interested in Mac users. No new driver and no answer in this forum speaks for itself.
The 3Dconnexion website has just introduced new CAD Moueses that would really interest me. However, due to the poor support here, I'm not buying any new products for the time being.

Re: macOS BigSur Public Beta - Legacy Extension
I think the new system architecture for the system extensions was introduced with Catalina. Nearly one year ago. Unfortunately nothing happened during this time. The problem could have been solved long ago. Mac OS Big Sur is a beta version, but many professional users need it for their work. I work ...

Re: macOS BigSur Public Beta - Legacy Extension
Maybe I'm wrong, but the new architecture for extensions has existed for a year. Why wasn’t a new driver published in the last months?

Re: macOS BigSur Public Beta - Legacy Extension
Maybe you could also contact me if you have a beta of the driver. It would be very nice!

I think it would be very helpful if you could publish a beta of the new driver here.

Re: MacOS 11.00 (Big Sur)
Many companies already have published drivers for Big Sure. I'm in contact with many developers and often they need only some days to adapt their drivers and publish them. Why is 3Dconnexion so slow and not interested in supporting their users in this case?

Re: Legacy System Extension
When will we get an update for the driver? In the past it needed time until the driver got a update for newOS versions. And if I contact the support it needs weeks to get an answer. I like the products of 3dconnexion but driver development and support is very slow and frustrating.

Re: 3DConnexion Drivers for Mac OS Mojave
I think it could not be too difficult to publish a driver that works with a new OS. I tested the public beta of Mojave and during this time many developers published updates. When the OS was released nearly everything worked fine. I got the impression that the smaller companies and the independent d...

Re: 3DConnexion Drivers for Mac OS Mojave
There was a Developer Beta of Mojave available over month. I think a professional company should be able to publish a driver at the release date of a operating system. Fore instance the updated Wacom drivers are online since weeks. And 3Dconexion is still sleeping? That's very annoying.
