Well, it's now July of 2026 and this completely erratic scrolling issue is still persistent. As I was scrolling down this thread the scrolling behavior decided randomly at multiple points to scroll back up in the opposite direction even if only a quarter of a page, it's still completely disconnected...

I love the smart scroll feature as it allows me to move quickly through long web pages, but I notice that if I hover over another area of the page (browser tabs), or another app window entirely while the scroll algorithm is still running it will transfer the remaining scroll activity to what's under...
