Update: I installed the additional windows 'Feature update' and rebooted a second time and my driver started working again.

I really don't think reinstalling an entire operating system is an appropriate suggestion for a first bash at a problem. Perhaps some windows updates, especially the ones marked 'optional', which sometimes include a .NET update that not everybody needs, might be a better place to start?

I'm experiencing this problem as well. My delay is almost 1 full second using Autocad for Architecture 2021 and the latest version of Sketchup. It's maddeningly frustrating, I've found myself reaching for the keyboard again.
