Hi Dave, I don't know if this will help but, have you tried manually loading the new driver? The problem I have is that the 3D mouse zooms in and out, nothing else. I checked the driver under Windows Device Manager and it shows up as "HID-compliant mouse" and the driver is a Windows driver...

The SpaceNavigator, keyboard and standard mouse are all connected to the mini-hub. I can't risk affecting the functionality of the keyboard and standard mouse to gain functionality of the SpaceNavigator.
I haven't taken the time to test solution yet, maybe this afternoon.

Thanks, Ill give it a shot. My 6 port mini-hub connected "normal" mouse and keyboard have no trouble, will they be affected?

Since the above post, I found another thread that better identifies my problem here:https://www.3dconnexion.com/forum/viewt ... 25&t=39213. I've since removed VirtualHere (and the other downloaded program to autofind USB Hubs that didn't help.

I'm having this exact problem in the same situation with an older SpaceNavigator USB, P/N 3DX-600028. I've tried changing the settings on the laptop with no improvement.

CADUser and others, I've downloaded VirtualHere and gotten it to start but it doesn't find any of the USB components plugged into the USB Mini-Hub I'm using. It does show the "USB Hubs" link that is shown at the top of the dialog box on the VitualHere website instructions but nothing below...
