Solution: It is not enough just to uninstall, reinstall and/or update the 3DxWare64 Software and ticking there the option "Delete configurations of previous installations"

which application are you using? Normally i use Sketchup make 2017 with your product. Do you see the same problem in all applications or just in you CAD application?
