3Dconnexion Forum

The knob on my SpaceMouse Enterprise seems to be loose. It moves smoothly but the knob and the mechanism it's attached to seem to be loose in the Z axis. Is this something anyone on here has experienced?

Searched the forum and couldn't find anything related to this topic but has anyone experienced this? The knob seems to be connected to the positioning mechanism correctly but it's like the whole mechanism is loose in the chassis and that allows it to move in the Z axis causing a clicking/gridning no...
