Just lost several hours on this. (Grr) Super annoyed but found the answer. Maxon moved the 3D mouse dialog to the View tab in the Viewport. The 3DConnexion web site still has it listed under Tools which is wrong and needs to be updated to save other users the pia of not being able to find it when th...
