Found some info on setting up switching desktops under Mission Control using keyboard shortcuts, but couldn’t get it to work. So after some thought the easiest option was to assign the second button on the Wacom pen to toggle displays.

I have iMac and cintiq dual monitor setup. The Wacom EK remote has a useful programmable button for “display toggle”.
