Hello, I would like to know about purchased item return in case if it doesnt fits to me. I dont know what happened to 3dconnexion support, maybe they died or fired I dont know. Because there is no support at all. I texted to them when I've had purchased item and waited for any reply like for 2 or 3 ...

Hello, maybe someone has info how 3dconnexion works in europe.
I know that was New year + covid and something may delay and struggle.
I made order 30/12/2020 and still no any actions with my order even not answering on my emails.
