Hi Cknight90, Device Manger shows Other devices with AtM32U4DFU. Your device appears to be in DFU mode. Somehow, the firmware was erased or got corrupted. What device do you have? Did you have the same issue and reinstalling windows resolve it? Also, any other resolutions?

Is this the 100% way to fix this? And is this the only fix?

My mouse will not work. I can hear the windows sound when I plug it in. Device Manger shows Other devices with AtM32U4DFU. I do a windows update driver search but no luck. Any way to fix this? Windows 10
