Well, after one week, 322 views, and no answer, this forum is being as useful as the mouse itself.
I think I'll just ask to return it and keep the old one...

I was given a CadMouse Pro Wireless Left at work and the first thing I noticed is that the left/right button are too far apart and are uncomfortable to work with. I've tried to change the right button to the middle position, as this feels more natural to me, but without any success. I have Windows 7...
