Shift-Numpad Button?
I'm wondering if it would be possible to add modifiers to the numpad buttons? These buttons are very powerful, the 3Dc driver is so powerful I have this keyboard for more than just 3D modeling (also musical notation as I'm composer on this project too), and I'm really in need of just a few more butt...

Unreal: Mode changing affects only main PIE editor bug
- Start Unreal with 3Dx Enterprise
- Open a second 3D viewport - e.g. a Blueprint and go into its Viewport
- Navigate the BP viewport using 3Dx which works - great!
- Hit the mode buttons on the Enterprise - Translate, Rotate etc - notice it changes the main PIE viewport, not the BP

Well, it took a computer reboot to fix. FYI

Unreal 5.1/3DC 10.8.11 works, then doesn't
We moved to 5.1 for some time, and when I installed the 3DC driver I got all the new functionality in the project. Now a week or so later it's lost all it's settings. The Enterprise (I also have the 3DC keyboard and wired mouse, all brilliant) LCD now is just default showing Copy/Cut/Paste and the l...

Re: Unreal 5.1
Great update! Looks like the buttons have all changed for the (much) better - I don't even remember what they were before as I didn't bother with them. But changing camera speed, and the rotate/translate mode etc is very useful. Also that camera navigate is lovely, will make that so much easier - th...

Re: Unreal 5.1
Yes! We've switched to 5.1, really needing an updated driver here - thanks.

Enterprise + dock: White Unreal icons hard to see
Could the Unreal icons be made black instead of white? They're either hard or practically impossible to see on both the Enterprise and the tool strip. Here they're showing up much better than my screen where they're practically blank

Wups - you're right, the actual error is further along and my fault. Anyhow that did fix the warning - thanks so much!

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
Great thanks. One issue, doing the workaround on the build machine gives the following error during a build/Cook Library 'I:\Engine\UE_5.0\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\3Dconnexion\TDxUnrealEditor/Source/ThirdParty/NavLib\lib\x64\TDxNavLib.lib' was not resolvable to a file when used in Module 'TDxUnrea...

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
Thank god! Came back determined to fix this as I'm doing lots of environmental work now and lack of a 3D mouse is killing me, next I was going to troll through every detail in what I'm doing including the setup. Thanks you two for finding the trick, yes moving to Marketplace works for us. @ngnomes, ...

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
You misunderstand, the files that on one computer where copied manually where the v 10.8.7 ones. Checking the version 1.1.3 and the .uplugin file it's all correct.
Did you try using Rider as I suggested?

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
No We're early in a EA5 project Do you mean "UE 5EA", like in "early access"? If so, then errors are expected since the plug-in (as of v. 10.8.7 of 3DxWare 10) targets UE 5.0 and newer. the manual installation instructions are confusing, The automatic add-in installation is enabl...

Finally (sorry for multiple replies, there's no edit function AFAIK) the manual installation instructions are confusing, it is installed in Engine/Plugins/TDxUnrealEditor/..TDxUnrealEditor.uplugin

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
Also worth noting, I believe the very first 5.0.0 release compiled, I think the error occurred with the latest 5.0.1 release. I've been busy so this could be wrong, but ignore the thread title about the version, regardless 5.0.1 is broken, are you running that?

Re: Unreal 5.0.0: Cook error from TDxUnrealEditor
And testing an earlier idea, I created a new project (top down) in C++, but was unable to launch it as on first compile, before the IDE even comes up, it failed due to the same error. So this is reproducible across three different use cases on two machines. What are you doing differently that you're...
