I think I'd rather just buy another brand

my replacement mouse is starting to show the same issue

wow, I can't argue with the level of service! this is apple level service.

I made a service request yesterday, got an immediate reply with a request for information (a video, picture, proof of purchase, SN, etc)
This morning I get an email saying a new replacement will arrive in a few days!

I think the scroll wheel is bust already! its very erratic. Scroll and it will jump up and down (latest software, wired and wireless)
It isn't dirty and it hasn't been dropped. Its not getting heavy use either as IU tend to use my Wacom tablet more.

I can't explain it, maybe it was the windows update that ran yesterday (.net update IIRC) But today, everything is running fine and as expected.

Hi, Yes CATIA V5, CATIA V6 and the 3Dconnexion Viewer.
I assume its something with the wireless dongle?

I've installed the new software and it doesn't crash anymore :D however.... it is very very jerky and slow, unusable (spacemouse wireless with USB dongle, wire USB does not work) I've tried all the reboots, calibrations and resets possib...

tried rebooting, reconnecting, different ports, stopping and restarting the driver, calibrating....
Nothing worked, so I gave up and dug out an old USB spacemouse
I'll use that until a new driver comes out.

After 22 years of spacemice, I just can't work without one!

hmm, I tried plugging in via USB and my space mouse charges, but isn't recognised as a USB device

I'm also suffering from this issue. Since installing the update yesterday, the driver crashes on startup, when I restart it, I then can't save any configuration changes. Adjusting the sliders makes no difference in any application. I've tried reinstalling the software, no change :( Spacemouse wirele...
