hi folks! i've got a m4l patch that i use in ableton live to convert the cmj joystick input from a spacenavigator into midi messages, which in turn get sent to another m4l patch that maps the cc's to various controls. happy to chat about what it's doing with anyone, there's a lot of usage decisions ...
