I would like to have the (1) key be a universal 'ESC' key. How do I do this?

I tried finding some XML file but I am guessing at this point.

I would like to know if there is an option to turn off the LED light on the CADMouse Pro Wireless.

I am comfortable modifying code in files, I just need to know what to do and where to do it.
