Hah...
Accidentally solved it!
I pressed the Lock button and voilá, I can now use the joystick in, out, left, right, up, down!

Fusion 360 mostly working but...
...only the buttons and the Tilt, Spin, Roll. I have a SpaceMouse Enterprise and a CadMouse Pro. Sure, I can use the middle button to activate the pan tool and use the scroll wheel to zoom and I get a sort of ok workflow. The wheel is however choppy and is far from as fluid as the joystick is.
