I tried to change the usb outlet and didn't work. However, I downloaded the new driver that was uploaded days ago and now it works.
I should have thought of that.

keypad non functionning solidworks
Good day all, I'm using the 3dSPace mouse enterprise and eventually I was working on solidworks and Word when I noticed that none of the button on the keypad were functionning. I'm trying to use CTRL or SHIFt or ESC on the 3DSpace mouse enterprise and it doesn't work. Did someone face the same issue...
