Sorry, Luping, that's not a solution. The mouse is less than a year old and still supported by 3DC. It seems to have been related to operating the mouse on a non-horizontal surface. My workstation at work has a 5 degree slope for ergonomics and that seems to *sometimes* cause problems for the mouse...
