Could you look into the %localappdata%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg\Ext folder? Are there a large number of files in there? If so, would you delete them, logout and login again and see if the memory used by 3dxProfileserver is reduced a lot? Sorry for the delayed reply, didn't realize my reply was poste...

It seems like I'm experiencing the same issue but it doesn't look like it's related to idling or using specific applications since the two aforementioned processed are eating over a 1Gb of memory straight after booting up the system (cold boot).

Just wanted to chime in to tell that I'm having the same issue.
Next to no CPU activity by those two processed mention above but they are eating gigabytes of memory almost always when I check.
Windows 10 with latest updates, Spacepilot PRO.
