Is there a trick to make the middle mouse button on the cadmouse pro do the orbiting in revit without holding the shift key?

I have tried setting up a macro however having no luck.
I am running Revit 2023 and 3Dxware 10.8.12

Is there a way to make the middle button on the cadmouse pro the Orbit function in Revit?

I have tried the macro 'Shift+Middle mouse button' and Shift Lock+Middle mouse button', neither with any success.
