Firstly I would recommend switching to our newest driver which is available to download on our website.

I would recommend using newer version of Blender like 4.1 or 4.2.
Also I can advise to check your settings in blender for navigation here is small tutorial how you can find them.

If you want to move objects in UE you have to go to the SmartUI of our driver.
In the SmartUi please click on "Advanced settings" and select other tab and check "Move object".
