Ok, please open Add-in manager in Revit (Manage -> Add-ins). There should be 3DxRevit visible. Please also go to the location C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare on your machine and check if you have 3DxRevit folder in this location. Which version of 3DxWare do you use? In order to assing revit command to you SpaceMouse please:
1. Open SmartU,
2. select your SpaceMouse
3. Click "Buttons" on the right
4. Focus on Revit
5. Click the button flyout for any button
6. In the available category list you should see revit.

Ok looks correct.
In 3DsMax please go to the "Customize" and "Plug-in Manager".
Your 3dxstudio.gup plugin should have status "loaded".
