It would be awesome if it is easy to port the Unity 3DxUnity3D plugin to support macOS
I wonder how hard that would be?

Re: What app would you like to see supported on Mac OS X?
Agreed, just having system wide scroll support (using the 3D axes) for 2D panes would be an incredible upgrade for mac users.

Re: Cinema 4D node graph support a la Blender?
I just got a response from maxon support: They sent the following link: https://support.maxon.net/hc/en-us/articles/9215212926364-3DConnexion-with-Cinema-4D-2023-2-and-up Unfortunately, as the FAQ mentioned, the native 3DConnexion has been removed and support for these tools will now be handled enti...

Re: Cinema 4D node graph support a la Blender?
That page looks to predate this article which shows that the driver is maintained by 3Dconnexion
https://support.maxon.net/hc/en-us/arti ... 3-2-and-up
So, it looks like I should be contacting 3Dconnexion?

Re: Cinema 4D node graph support a la Blender?
Ok, I can do that.
Just out of curiosity, who usually writes the plugin? The third party, 3Dconnexion, or a combination of both?

Cinema 4D node graph support a la Blender?
Currently, the SpaceMouse NDOF input only functions in C4D inside of 3D viewports. It would be great if the various node graphs (materials, scene nodes, particle node modifier, XPresso, etc) in C4D supported NDOF input from SpaceMouse, similar to the Blender implementation- which is fantastic! This ...

Re: 3D Axes for system wide scroll/pan/zoom
I almost made a new post asking for the same thing, but then I realized I had already asked about it 5 months ago  Over 22,000 views to this thread! This would be an incredible feature to have in an upcoming update! I have been wanting nothing more than to be able to use the spacemouse for simp...

Re: Blander and 3DConnexion
FIXED in Blender 4.4! Also, the 3D mouse implementation is updated, now it functions similarly to Cinema4D in 3D viewports where it automatically recalculates the orbit position after letting go of the spacemouse <3 <3 <3 I am so happy! Thank you so much to all of the developers who worked on this. ...

Re: Petition to expand software support for macOS!
Thanks for supporting the petition! SpaceMouse is such a beautiful device with loads of functionality for creators & users of all kinds. Maybe there are fewer resources allocated to macOS development at 3Dconnexion because the user-base over the last decade has been primarily CAD focused? Though...

Petition to expand software support for macOS!
Hello, just going to throw this out there with nothing but good intentions! I feel like the macOS userbase is left a little behind in software features & functionality compared to Windows for the SpaceMouse line of products. Please feel free to sign this petition so we can show 3Dconnexion that ...

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition bricked after 10.8.7 update or preexisting hardware issue?
Support is processing a replacement for my SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition.
I have a feeling this was not related to the latest update because I was already having USB issues predating the driver update (hopefully it was just a preexisting hardware issue).

SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition bricked after 10.8.7 update or preexisting hardware issue?

I have already contacted support with the following message: Sadly, my SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition stopped working today. I can not get it to turn on/connect/show LED lights. It is totally...

Re: SpaceMouse buttons unresponsive in Blender
My SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition became unresponsive this morning. I am not sure if it was caused by the update, but the device appears to be bricked. This is the message I sent to support: Sadly, my SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition stopped working today. I can not get it to turn on/connect/show LED ...

Re: SpaceMouse buttons unresponsive in Blender
Hello, I just installed the new driver software released yesterday that included changes for Blender and SpaceMouse Enterprise version. I have the SpaceMouse Wireless BT Edition, and the button issue persists with this hardware. I think any updates they did to 3DxWare and/or Blender must have been s...

Re: Anyone using Blender with SpaceMouse Enterprise?
Blender doesn’t recognize more than half the buttons on my expensive professional Enterprise. 3Dconnexion has been collaborating with the Blender Project Team to address this limitation (see here ). The Blender Project Team asked us to release a driver update with a specific configuration that will...
