Hi Firecracerktm 1. Which version of the 3DxWare do you use? 2. Please check if 3Dconnexion plugin is enabled in SolidWorks. You can go Tools -> Add-in in SW THERE IT IS! thank you so much. We just upgraded SW and the add-in wasn't enabled. I can't believe I missed that. Life is good again.
