AH! Yessssss. Is there a mac version of this executable? Or even more ideally... what's the HID code/key/whatever to turn off this 'feature?'

I would like to be (apparently) the second person who really, really does not like this function. Completely ruins the ability to do slow, deliberate movements when it is constantly stopping and reversing itself. Please, PLEASE make a way to disable this 'feature.'
