What does a person have to do to get an order issue resolved?
Hello to whom it may concern, can you please fulfill my space mouse order?? I’ve tried every avenue to get this resolved. You make a great product, but the Service side is broken.

I am yet another person who went into this thinking that you order something you pay for it and it gets delivered within a couple weeks. Imagine my surprise when I heard that Covid was still happening and then I would never get my space mouse.
