I have the same problem. I purchased my space mouse a few months ago. The wireless dongle never worked. Bluetooth does. I was in the process of opening a support case but couldn’t find the serial number. Gave up. The dongle should perform better too. It annoying the 3dConnexion doesn’t offer a USB-C...
