As this has been a while since the question was asked...is the support available at this moment? for Inventor 11 Viewer? or higher version?

When trying with another User logged into the specific client, the problem seems to be gone... I'll have him test this for a week, after that maybe request the IT-department to clear his profile and try again.

Hi ngomes, It's not possible to reproduce the problem on another client. Our systems are setup identically, also reverted the 3Dx-ware settings to default. Could mouse-settings cause problems with the 3Dxware? IE is the mouse has a trail-setting? I couldn't find any similar problems whilst searching...
