Bump.... Ideas, anyone?

Okay I actually logged in under the ADMINISTRATOR account and it STILL gave me that error. I have to admit that opening the dll file is pretty frustrating to do manually. There is no option to make it load at startup in SolidWorks. It does not show up....

I talked to someone in your support department and that was their instructions. Even though I can open the dll, I have to do it every time I start SolidWorks.

I am logged in as a local administrator on this machine, so I'm curious as to why this is happening.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, never mind. I told it to continue, then I located the dll file and opened it and all is well....

I can't even get mine to install. I've posted up in a new topic to keep the issues separated. I'm not sure how you got THIS far....

OS = WinXP When installing the software, I get a small dialog box that pops up and says: "3DConexxion Add-In for SolidWorks installation failed. Error: 1603 Do you wish to continue?" I am trying to install v3.5-5 of the software, which I downloaded yesterday. Any help would be appreciated....
