I've been using an SB (not ST or SN) with max since version 4? maybe 2.5? there should be an old version of the software around.

thanks for the prompt response. The dominant filter is not on. I am using scene, focal point, and fly mode. Maya 2k8 and also went back and tested it on V7. Both act the same. I am usng the latest driver 3.5.6 though 3.5.1 shows up in the panel. when I watch the script in the window I only ever see ...

I've not used the ST or SB with maya that much but noticed that I can't get anything but linear movement. For instance, moving corner to opposite corner is a series of horizontal then vertical moves.

Is this a feature?
