I am also experiencing this problem. The fix stated does not fix the problem - something in the 3dconnexions code is causing the shelves to be rearranged into alphabetical order - removing the magellanstartup file fixes the problem but then I cannot use my spacenavigator! I am using Maya 2008 unlimi...
