Mysteriously, zoom works again in Acrobat 9 Pro Extended but I've no idea how it was fixed.

Bump ^ for any possible solution to this problem. I would really like to get this working again. We just upgraded from Acrobat 8 where there were no problems to Acrobat 9 Pro Extended where zoom no longer works. We use Acrobat pretty much constantly.

I have a SpaceNavigator running on Windows XP x64 with 3Dxware v3.6.8. Spin and pan work in Acrobat 9 Reader and 9 Pro Extended, but not zoom. There was no problem in Acrobat 3D. Is this a known bug?
