I have a SpaceNavigator, less then 1 year old. I no longer get the pretty blue light when I plug it in. And it no longer works. I followed the FAQ procedure and could not find it in device manager in windows. Do I have a dead device? If so, what is the procedure for returning it under warranty? If n...
