OIzzard, Let me confirm. You have switched the zoom direction of which device? And when you lock/unlock your screen while Solidworks is running, the device switches back to the default zoom direction? If you switch to any different application, then back to SW, does it correct itself? No, I haven't...

All I know is that my Zoom Direction is Up/Down and I turn it off, so I'm only using my scroll wheel on my Cad Mouse for zooming in and out in SolidWorks. Sometimes when I log out and log back in, the SPIN direction reverses. And sometimes, I get no response and have to Stop Driver, and Start Driver...
