It works in autodesk Navisworks Freedom 2009 - Navisworks Jetstream 5 is the old version before Autodesk bought it.

Autoplant runs inside of Autocad. It is just an Autocad issue. I use prosteel inside of Autocad - its the same as Autoplant structural.
Make sure the 3dxautocad.arx is loaded under tools > load application
