Just disabled Real time scanning in BitDefender 2010 and bingo! it's working. Then re -enable real time scanning, still works. After reading my last post I thought abou t it looking like it was blocked, so i disabled 'intruder detection' in bit deffender firewall, and all is working. thought i should post to let others know, may be similar problem.
